Chicken Casserole
  • 2 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 4 cups cooked chopped chicken
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • ⅔ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • ¾ cups grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 pkg Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix

Cook broccoli and drain well. Cover bottom of greased casserole with broccoli. Spread chicken on top of broccoli. In a bowl combine egg, soups, mayonnaise, and lemon. Spread over chicken then cover with cheese. Melt butter and add stuffing mix, mix till well coated. Spread over casseole.

Bake 1 hour at 350°
