April 15th, Tax Day…. I thought it would be fitting to get Chinese food in honor of our close relationship with China. After all they almost own America and a big chunk of the taxes we pay goes to them. So here’s to Schezwan chicken, Hunan beef, steamed dumpling and egg rolls.
